Nina Hotel Tsuen Wan West

The rooms were spacious and had a nice view looking at the harbour. Location was convenient close to all shopping centers and restaurants and was close to the subway.

The cleaning staff were excellent and very friendly. The room was always clean. The view was amazing and location made it easy to commute to different places.

I stayed at both Tower 1 and Tower 2 Tower 1 - room is spacious but decor is dated and has a kind of musty smell. Bed linen has stain on the skirting. Bedding is not comfortable. Need to fix lighting - too dark even with all the lights on. Overall value for money and staff including house keeping are friendly & helpful. Tower 2 - I extended my stay at Nina Tower 2 and loved it. Room is well appointed, comfortable and clean. House keeping staff are very polite and when if cleaning time not suitable they are very accommodating for alternative time. Amenities are well replaced every day and room is spotless after house keeping been. SO thank you for the staff on 69th floor. Excellent customer services and keep up the good work. I will definitely coming back next time and stay at Tower 2 - worth spending the extra money for more comfortable bedding, better decor and harbor view. Love the circular shape shower cubical facing harbor view and Tower 2 has separate bath tub.

The hotel has been operating for many years, so the interior design may not look very modern, but it is well maintained. Its biggest advantage is the strategic location. The shopping mall is right downstairs, with several others connected together, making it very convenient. From the malls and sheltered link bridges, you can easily access both “Tsuen Wan West” and “Tsuen Wan” train stations. The pleasant harbor view is another value-added highlight of the hotel.
